BX3 Side X Side guarantees all of its UTV street legal kits for a period of 1 year after the purchase date. This warranty covers parts that are only caused by manufacturer defects. BX3 Side X Side will repair or replace defective parts with new or refurbished components. Only installations performed by BX3 Side X Side are covered under this warranty. Additionally, this warranty includes ground shipping of replacement parts to the customer. The defective part(s) must be shipped to BX3 Side X Side for inspection before new or refurbished replacement parts are sent to the customer. If you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of your street legal side by side kit, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.
